How do I block SPAM email in Outlook Express?
I think there must be way to do it without getting an outside source, such as “mailwasher”. Any extra crap could potentially be spyware or etc…just want to know how to do it within the system.

How do you get spam email to stop if you already followed the opt-out instructions?
I get e-mails from nine west pretty regularly even though I never specifically signed up for their mailing list. I have followed the link to opt-out of it several times and completed all their instructions. The first time I did this was many months ago. They said it could sometimes take a few weeks to get me off the list but this is getting ridiculous.
How can I get them to stop?!?
With a Yahoo email address, when you have used up all the 500 spaces for blocking spam, how do you block more?
Just wondering as I’m not near the 500 yet but will no doubt get there eventually as I expect spam emails with still be around and I’ll want to block those email addresses too.
