how do i block spam and other unwanted email addresses on my yahoo address as i can on outlook express?
yahoo states it provides for me to stop emailers resending spam etc but I cannot see any provision for me to permanently block these unwanted messages from the variouse email addresses.

On your mail page click on “options” –then on “spam protection” and set it up as you like it. You certainly need to make sure the box is checked that says— “send spam addresses to the blocked folder”. You can elect to delete them immediately, or keep in the bulk folder for a week–? 2weeks—or more. Be sure to click “save” when finished.
While in “options” go on down and check out the section on “block address”. You might find something there that’s better to your liking.
