there are spots to set a spam eMail to be blocked by using key words in the from heading, the to/cc heading, the subject and the body. do all of those key words together have to match to block a spam or just one of them that you entered?

What good does it does to mark “spam” on inbox emails when it continues to appear from same spammer?

Hi! Does someone know what I can do to stop/block spam emails from our yahoo account? My daughter signed up for this thing off of MySpace, a sort of contest, and she of course entered our email address. Now, we get over 100 spam emails a day, all in the “bulk” folder, and it’s very annoying!! Thank you to all that will help with this!!

I keep getting spam that says it comes from my own email address, but when I look at the full headers it’s really from someone else. Is there any way to prevent this?

My question is how do you keep from receiving the “undisclosed-recipients” (without an email address) from he fraud spammers out there?

I’ve tried putting the “undisclosed-recipients” in a spam filter without any success. I still receive them.

There is no email address with this “undisclosed-recipients” and it is in the “To” line.

PS OH, also how do they send it without their email address displayed, just the “undisclosed-recipients” in the “To” line?

I want to block a certain email address so as they can see its been blocked but I am not really happy with spam as I still get far too many.

If I have a Verizon and Yahoo email forwarded to my primary Yahoo email, and a piece of spam comes to one of those addresses that is being forwarded (say Verizon), when I go to mark it as spam, will it block the spam address or the Verizon email address that is being forwarded?

Recently more than half of my incoming email has been spam in Russian and Spanish.
